On Monday 21 February, candidate for mayor of Belgrade Dobrica Veselinović, together with Ne Davimo Beograd activists and the MORAMO coalition, came by tramway to the City Electoral Commission and handed over the collected signatures for the city elections in April. They previously submitted signatures for the legislative elections in the Republic Electoral Commission.

The Green-Left Coalition MORAMO, which consists of Otvorena građanska platforma AKCIJA (Open Civic Platform ACTION), Ne Davimo Beograd and Ekološki ustanak (Environmental Uprising), have submitted the MORAMO list for the parliamentary elections to the Republic Electoral Commission. Shortly after, they headed with the tramway to the City Electoral Commission to register the list for the Belgrade elections. 

Representatives of the coalition MORAMO, Biljana Djordjevic – Ne Davimo Beograd, Nebojša Zelenović – OGP ACTION and Aleksandar Jovanović Ćuta – Ekološki ustanak, addressed the citizens and media representatives at Terazije (Terazije Fountain), and then walked to the Republic Electoreal Commission.

The list “MORAMO, Za dobar grad (for a good city)” was handed over to the City Electoral Commission, after addressing again the media that gathered in front of the building (City Administration). The candidate for the mayor of Belgrade, Dobrica Veselinović, together with the activists, left by public transport, tram, from the movement’s headquarters.

The lists are now complete and MORAMO coalition will run under number 9 on the legislative elections, while it has been given number 7 for the local elections in Belgrade. Both lists are visible on this link. 

Aleksandar Jovanović, Dr. Biljana Đorđević and Nebojša Zelenović will lead the coalition at national elections, while the list for the city of Belgrade will be led by Dobrica Veselinović, Natalija Simović and Radomir Lazović.

Both the legislative and city elections are set to take place on 3rd April.
